46 years ago, a new nation, Malaysia, came into being, comprising Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak and Singapore. Singapore today treads a different path but Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak continue to share a common destiny.

I couldn't agree more. September 16 should be made a public holiday for Malaysia Day with all the celebrations in recognition of the formation of Malaysia.

Yes, it is 46 years since the birth of Malaysia on 16th September 1963.
David, Many of us agree on this and I wonder when the Government will take this into consideration. :)
